By accessing or using VeilPay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

VeilPay provides privacy-focused payment processing services, allowing merchants to process payments while giving customers control over their billing descriptors. Our services include:

• Payment processing and gateway services
• Discreet billing descriptor management
• Private receipt vault
• Merchant dashboard and APIs
• Subscription and recurring payment management

To use VeilPay as a merchant, you must:

• Provide accurate business information
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You may not use VeilPay for:

• Illegal activities or prohibited goods/services
• Fraudulent transactions or money laundering
• Sales of weapons, drugs, or illegal substances
• Deceptive or misleading business practices
• Processing payments without proper authorization

VeilPay charges transaction fees as outlined in your merchant agreement. Fees typically include:

• Per-transaction percentage fee
• Fixed per-transaction fee
• Additional fees for chargebacks and disputes

We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice to merchants.

Merchants are responsible for managing customer disputes. Excessive chargebacks may result in:

• Additional fees
• Account review
• Service suspension or termination

Your use of VeilPay is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The VeilPay platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by VeilPay, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, VeilPay does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service failures
• Security incidents

VeilPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold VeilPay harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Excessive chargebacks
• Non-payment of fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
