What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes are prorated automatically.
What are the transaction fees?
Transaction fees vary by plan: Starter (2.9% + $0.30), Pro (2.5% + $0.25), Enterprise (2.2% + $0.20). These are on top of your payment processor fees.
Do I need my own payment processor?
Yes, VeilPay works with your existing payment processor (CCBill, Epoch, etc.). We provide the frontend, analytics, and privacy features.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Starter and Pro plans. Enterprise plans may have custom onboarding fees depending on requirements.
